Melissa J. Coleman (MJ)
I grew up in Clarence Center, New York (Nr. Buffalo) and graduated from Michigan State University. Initially I managed department stores for the Dayton Hudson Corporation (now called Target Corp.) I have also worked in the buying office of major fashion houses. I have always had a passion for real estate after managing corporate move after move for Murray. In my first year with Watson I was a top producer and was promoted to Sales Manager at the Clermont Watson office.
I have held the position of vice president and broker for Watson Realty Corporation and managed the ChampionsGate Watson office. After creating the fastest growing new office opening in the history of Watson Realty, I decided to pursue an opportunity with Keller Williams Realty. This will allow me to eventually own my own real estate business and take my career and family to the next level.
I am active in the community in Clermont and Davenport and enjoy our three daughters activities of marching band, cheerleading and horse riding.
I am an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, Womens Council, Relay for Life and a certified Pop Warner Coach.

I grew up in Shoeburyness, Essex, England and attended Southend High School for Boys. I served as a Police Inspector in the Essex Police (http://www.essex.police.uk)

Relocated permanently to the United States in 1989. I have lived in Michigan, California and Tennessee and have held positions as vice president of human resources for major U.S. companies specializing in labor relations until I retired from corporate life in 2004.
I worked with my wife MJ at Watson Realty Corporation as a full time real estate professional, and after realizing that buying and selling real estate was the single most enjoyable pursuit I have ever engaged in, I decided to run my own business. I now am proud to lead the team at Keller Williams Homestead Realty in Hunters Creek, South Orlando.
With a 26 year old son who works in London (UK) in the procurement field, and three daughters aged 11, 13, and 16 we live on the Clermont Chain of Lakes and enjoy all aspects of lake living and boating. Apart from real estate, my passion is bass fishing and saltwater fishing with an interest in Kayak fishing.
I sit on the Board of Directors for the Realtor Association of Lake and Sumter County and am also the Chairperson of the Policy Committee and International Real Estate Committee. I am active in Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading and am a certified Coach.
